The first Alan Hu Foundation Scholarship was awarded in 2021 to support graduating seniors who chose to study fields that champion advances in mental health. Since then, we have expanded the range of fields of study. Thanks to the generosity of individual donors and proceeds from our annual benefit concerts, we have increased the number of scholarship awards to support our mission to promote mental health, raise awareness and remove stigma surrounding mental disorders, and to support fundamental research for cures.
